I am a career-minded and attentive critical thinker with immense empathy for people, communities, and the environment. I leverage 15 years of design experience to deliver value for users while being aligned to business objectives. I lead tactical discoveries to gather insights on the users, the problem, and the stakeholder’s vision. I am at my best working at a high-level strategizing about the future of a product’s ecosystem, working with leadership to prioritize and create solid roadmaps, while continuously optimizing team processes and resource allocation. I am highly adaptive, and I can step into individual contributor work while delegating and supporting direct reports. I seek a new challenge in a strategic design leadership position to continue my career growth, raise the performance of others, and deliver significant value to an organization, its customers, and ultimately its end-users.
