In 2014, I left the field of architecture with my sights on doing more meaningful work as a graphic designer. Up to that point, I had three years of experience picking up freelance graphic work when time was available between my studies and internship work. To help with build my portfolio and help with the career transition, I took on a personal project and started a seasonal digital music publication named Cue La Musique.
This personal project ran for one year, and during that time 3 issues were released for a total of 262 pages of interviews, live performance and album reviews, playlist and singles offerings, and advertising. Over half of the copywriting was provided by friends that enjoy live music as much as I do.
